Gumtree Studio
This is a two-room studio about 70m2 that is set in the bush overlooking the harbor. It needed complete internal rejuvenation to enhance the multi-functional uses.
In the living area, all of the blinds, curtains, cushions, and furniture were sourced and/or custom manufactured.
Haiying design principles encourage the use of shelving. This photo shows how shelving is used to createmore space. This allowed the walls to display various objects and made room for storage and here
We see some recycle-ware objects added to complete the theme.
Here Haiying added a half divider to split a room into two.
This provided space for an additional display shelf, couch seating, and a mini-office desk as part of the multi-functional uses.
